Kalm-Aid Tablets for Cats and Dogs are tasty, beef flavoured tablets which are an effective, fast acting tablet used to support your pet during stressful situations such as thunderstorms, fireworks, travel or separation from owner. Stressful situations may lead to undesired behaviour in your pet, for which Kalm-Aid will help to comfort and relax them.
Kalm-Aid is suitable in situations where pets have become fearful or anxious e.g. thunderstorms, travel, separation from their owner or entering new environments. It can also be used as an aid to reduce unwanted or unruly behaviour.
Kalm-Aid Tablets for Cats and Dogs contain L-Tryptophan, which is an essential amino acid, affecting the production of serotonin. Serotonin has a calming and relaxing effect, as does L-theanine, another amino acid. Thiamine (vitamin B1) is added, as deficiency of this has been associated with nervous disorders.
Kalm-Aid can be given in addition to any other supplements and is suitable for dogs and cats.
For short term use, give 1-2 hours before an anxious event.
