Blood collection tube filled lithium heparin, intended for blood samples. Lithium heparin anticoagulant are commonly used for chemical measurements and clinical biochemistry tests. Due to its low cation concentration, minimal chelating properties and minimal interference with water, heparin is an ideal anticoagulant for chemical analysis in plasma and blood tests. Application areas are immunology, toxicology and clinical chemistry tests of blood plasma.
