We’re delighted to announce that Paul Wilkinson has joined NVS Group as our new Managing Director, following the retirement of our previous NVS Group Managing Director, Martin Riley, at the end of September.
Paul brings with him over two decades of senior leadership experience across the logistics and healthcare sectors, including expertise in healthcare distribution, commercial leadership, and operational development.
Recently Paul served as President of Movianto UK, providing a supply chain service to the healthcare sector, where he led the organisation through a period of significant growth and transformation, including the delivery of the UK’s Covid-19 vaccination programme in partnership with national health authorities. He previously founded and scaled the healthcare logistics start-up STOK UK Ltd, later acquired by Arvato, and has also held senior roles at Cold Chain Technologies and IRhythm Technologies.
Paul’s appointment marks the start of an exciting new chapter for NVS Group. As he shared on joining, “NVS Group’s success has always been built on its values – People First, Always Advancing, Focused, and Passionate. My vision is to carry these forward as we embrace innovation and new opportunities, while ensuring the same trusted service our customers depend on. I’m committed to building on Martin’s legacy by delivering both stability and growth, and I’m excited to lead NVS into the future, working with our people, partners, and customers to shape the future of veterinary care in the UK.”
Paul will also be attending the London Vet Show in November and is looking forward to meeting colleagues and partners from across the veterinary industry.
We would also like to take this opportunity to recognise and thank Martin Riley for his outstanding leadership over the past 20 years. Under Martin’s direction, NVS Group evolved significantly – expanding its services, investing in innovation, and strengthening its reputation as a trusted partner to the veterinary profession.
