Bayer Plc wish to inform pharmacies / veterinarians and wholesalers that they have initiated a Class 3 Medicines Recall with immediate effect for the product & batches detailed in the table below:
All stock of the products listed in this notification are being recalled as a precautionary measure due to the identification of an impurity above the acceptable limit. The recall is at pharmacy/ Veterinary and wholesaler level
This action has been agreed with the Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). See attached letter dated 12th March 2026.

What to do next:
Please examine your stock immediately
If you have any of the affected BATCH.
- Quarantine the product.
- If you have any of the affected stock, then please contact our Customer Excellence Team on 01782 775555 to arrange the return of the products.
- This affected product will only be accepted until 30th March 2026, after this date we will not accept this product.
If you DON’T have any of the affected BATCH
If you don’t have any of the batch stated above, you don’t need to take any further action.
