How to Return Products to National Veterinary Services

What type of product are you looking to return?

  • Contact us by 6pm on day two to request the return.
  • Give the product and paperwork to your NVS delivery driver by the third day.

No returns accepted via refrigerated returns books.

Please ensure the product is kept within the optimal temperature and confirm this to our Customer Service team when calling.

  • Contact us by 6pm on day four to request the return.
  • Give the product and paperwork to your NVS Deivery Driver by day five.
